Public Safety and Law Enforcement Policy
I want to help our larger cities by placing police substations in some of our highest crime areas throughout cities and counties within our state.
My approach to governance has always been rooted in a simple philosophy: use practical policies from all sides to build consensus and deliver real results for New Mexicans. When it comes to healthcare and reproductive freedom, I believe the government should not dictate personal bodily decisions.

Every single family in New Mexico deserves access to fresh, nutritious food. Yet, too many of our neighbors, especially our kids and seniors still wonder where their next meal will come from. This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a reality we must change. As your Governor, addressing food insecurity won’t just be a line item in a budget, it will be a top priority.

To retain and attract medical professionals in our state, it is essential to pass medical malpractice reform. We should abolish the Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) on medical services.
Additionally, we should join interstate compacts to enhance access to telehealth and telemedicine services in New Mexico.
New Mexico has vast underground water reserves. I propose a self-sustaining water solution with revenue shared: 40% to the state, 20% to counties, and 20% each to cities and tribes.
New Mexicans with every ability, have the ability to make New Mexico prosper. Let’s level the playing field for those with disabilities.
